Craig Nicholson
Principal, AIM Power Consulting
Craig brings over 25 years of progressive power generation experience spanning the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Middle East, and Asia. His career spans from leading field gas turbine commissioning teams to full P&L business management across major OEMs including ABB, Alstom, and GE; including managing Alstom’s rotating equipment business in Canada and a global leadership role within GE’s Cross Fleet business.
Craig’s core strength is the integration of deep technical and commercial expertise. Having structured and delivered LTSAs as an OEM, and over the past eight years as an independent consultant negotiating LTSAs on behalf of power plant owners while performing technical due diligence and O&M cost modeling across an extensive portfolio of gas turbine assets, he brings a perspective that few advisors can match. Craig applies this experience directly in AIM’s engagements, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the development of plant maintenance strategies, asset acquisitions, and the negotiation of long-term service contracts for power asset owners.
